Great crafts! As a person who dapples in many many crafts in my lifetime, I can say it's really nice to have such an extensive selection of stuff. There is even a (very tiny) needle felting section!! Very awesome! Only reason I'm giving one less star is because things can get a bit pricy, while some things are extremely cheap? The prices range quite a bit. Not an awful thing, buuuut it's a bit disorienting when two things are next to each other with vastly changing prices.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves attention. I returned an online order within the stated 90-day return window, with proof of purchase, and followed the store’s instructions. Despite that, I was told the refund could NOT be issued back to my original payment method and that only store credit would be provided due to “system limitations” between online and in-store purchases. What followed was hours of confusion, conflicting instructions from staff and management, and repeated customer service emails that ultimately confirmed there is no ability to issue a refund to the original card—even when the return is valid and within policy. This is not a small detail. The website states items can be returned within 90 days, which reasonably implies a standard refund if the return is valid. That is not what actually happens when returning online orders in-store. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I was still offered only store credit or conditional workarounds, not a refund. At minimum, customers deserve clear, upfront disclosure that online purchases returned in-store will NOT be refunded to the original payment method. That is a significant and mislead

I love this Hobby Lobby everyone here is very nice and helpful. I am paralyzed so it can be hard for me to reach items but they're always happy to assist. They have a great assortment of crafts here which I love. I recently found that they carry bathroom items everything from shelves to eye mask. They have also added a pet area which I was surprised to find also.

The associates at this Hobby Lobby in Christiansburg were outstanding. We had multiple questions about goods that we were selecting for floral wedding centerpieces and the store had a fantastic supply. All the associates we made inquiries of were knowledgeable, helpful and walked us to the product in question. They helped clarify our decisions on some items and were very congenial and helpful. The store is large and required quite a bit of walking. The prices were a little high, but the current 40% off helped lower the bill at checkout. There was only one active checkout open, leading to a long line of shoppers waiting. All of the goods were organized well and associates were seen sorting items that had been misplaced by customers. I wish there was a Hobby Lobby closer to where I live, but a 45-minute drive is not bad when what you need craftwise is available.

Major sales on Christmas items throughout the store. The sales manager was very helpful in leading me to the item I was looking for. I was surprised they had it and less expensive than other places. Very busy but nice customer service.
